All of humanity’s problems can be summarized in one word—sin. This is the chief purpose for which Christ came into the world—to save men from sin. Through Jesus Christ (and Christ alone) can sin be completely conquered so that men can live a victorious life in holiness and righteousness. However, many saints are either ignorant or misunderstand the provisions of Christ and the true nature of the conflict with sin. Some think Christians can never sin, while others think Christians can’t stop sinning. Neither is true. Though the possibility for sin exists in a Christian’s life after conversion, he need not sin as Christ has made provision for full victory. This series of messages examines the areas of our lives in which we battle against sin.
